SALON COMMUNICATIONS POLICY: I know it is super easy to reach for the phone and text or send a DM on social media, but this creates disorganization in my business and I run the risk of losing the message. As of 1/1/2020, all salon correspondence will be redirected to email. I will no longer accept salon inquiries via text/facebook/instagram. This will keep appointment requests and questions nice and tidy. I will also only use my online booking software for appointment requests. I will no longer directly be booking appointments.
