Our Selection Process
Our team carefully reviews each and every application we receive. To ensure that our dogs find the perfect homes, we follow up only with applicants who we believe are a great match for our dogs. Applications are not considered on first come, first serve basis. We consider various factors such as the applicant's lifestyle, living situation, and their ability to provide a safe and caring environment for our dogs.

We prioritize applicants who show a genuine interest in providing a loving and forever home to our dogs. While we understand that every applicant has good intentions, we have limited resources and must focus on those who best align with our dogs' specific needs.

By clicking the submit button, I understand there is an adoption donation associated with adoption of a pet from Ozzie Albies Foundation. and that it is tax deductible according to IRS 501(c)3 guidelines. I understand this donation will ensure the organization is equipped to rescue another homeless pet. By clicking the submit button, I understand there is no "cooling off" period, and that if I no longer want or can no longer care for my adopted pet, I agree to notify Ozzie Albies Foundation. BY EMAIL and provide a 14 day period to allow Ozzie Albies Foundation to make arrangents for my pet to be taken back into rescue. By clicking the submit button, I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ozzie Albies Foundation against any losses, lawsuits, claims, injury, damages incurred by me or to any persons or property by my adopted pet, once adoption has been completed. By clicking the submit button, I understand that Ozzie Albies Foundation will disclose any of the pet's health or behavior issues known by the above named rescue group before adoption is completed. Ozzie Albies Foundation does not match all of our applicants with dogs, even applicants that are otherwise qualified to rescue one of our dogs. By filling out this application, You agree that You understand that Ozzie Albies Foundation application process is substantial, that your application may not be accepted, and that you may not be matched with a rescue dog even if Ozzie Albies Foundation determines that You are qualified. In addition, You agree that You will not disparage, directly or indirectly, or otherwise take any action that could reasonably be expected to adversely affect the personal or business reputations of Ozzie Albies Foundation or any of our employees or agents. You also agree that the substantially prevailing party in any action to interpret or enforce the terms of this clause shall be entitled to recover its reasonable attorney’s fees and costs from the other party.
