It is vital to follow all necessary precautionary measures outlined in our foster orientation book to prevent the spread of any contagious illnesses to your resident dogs. The foster dog will be fully vaccinated, and you will have access to our partner veterinarians. However, it is crucial to adhere to all protocols and guidelines provided.

Unknown Temperament:* This field is required.Your foster dog will be coming directly from a shelter or a rehoming situation, and in most cases, we may have limited or no information regarding their temperament. It is essential to follow the foster protocols and allow your foster dog time to decompress. Our team will be available to assist with pet introductions and guide you through any behavioral issues that may arise. As a foster, it is your responsibility to learn more about the dog's behavior and relay that information to us, enabling us to make the best match with a forever home. Please understand that we cannot guarantee compatibility between your own dog(s) and the foster dog, but we expect our fosters to be prepared and willing to make necessary adjustments to help the foster dog succeed. Remember, this is a temporary situation, and you are truly making a difference in a dog's life.

I agree to have Ozzie Albies Foundation complete reference call checks and conduct a home visit inspection to be able to approve my foster application. I agree that if I'm unable to foster the dog(s) anymore that I will return the dog(s) to Ozzie Albies Foundation and try to give Ozzie Albies Foundation a 2 week period to try and find another suitable foster for the dog(s).
