Before You Begin

What type of an event may I host at Cider Hill Farm? The farm offers a relaxed day out for any casual corporate or social gathering. Outdoor events may occur anytime during business hours 7 days a week from 8 am - 6 pm from May - October. Blackout dates may apply during peak season.

May I use this form to book children's birthday parties and school group outings? All are welcome to book a private space and catering; however, in our years of experience with hundreds of birthday parties and school groups held on the farm each year, most find grabbing a picnic table or 2 on the main lawn or under the picnic tent a perfect solution with convenient access to barnyard and play areas. May I book a private space for my group? While it is not required to book a private space to have an event on the farm, we do have an outdoor option available. More information follows in the next section. NOTE: There is no charge for the use of the picnic tables on the main lawn or under the picnic tent. Grab a picnic table or 2 to gather with your colleagues, staff, friends or family!

May I bring my own decorations, food and non-alcoholic beverages? Absolutely! Just take any decorations and large boxes (pizza/cake) with you upon departure. Our liquor license solely permits our own staff to pour our own alcohol on farm property. Outside alcohol prohibited.

May we book the food truck for private events? Our food truck is open to the public Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 11 am - 4 pm. It is not available exclusively for a private event. However, you will find catering options available as you continue completing this form.

What if I need to change my order? Catering and pick-your-own changes may be made up to 10 days prior to your event. A form will be emailed requesting any final adjustments for you to do so.

Refunds - A full refund is available if you cancel your event date at least 10 days prior to your event. After that time, you are responsible for 100% of any catering order. All events have a $75 non-refundable coordination charge.

May my group just come for pick-your-own? Groups who do not wish to order catering or a private space are welcome to order pick-your-own tickets at www.ciderhill.com/pick-your-own as tickets become available approx 48 hours in advance.

Book A Private Outdoor Space (3 hour limit)Not required to have an event but a nice option to carve out dedicated space for your group in the Upper Courtyard located in front of the white farm house easily accessed from the Parking Lot. Your space includes picnic tables and/or chairs, garbage barrels, welcome signage, awnings and landscaped garden. Pricing subject to change during peak season. Alternatively, skip the private space and grab 1-2 picnic tables on the main lawn or under the Picnic Tent at no cost. We do not reserve tables on the lawn or under the picnic tent and these are public spaces.

Order CateringSelect from a variety of casual breakfast and lunch options. The Cider Donut & Coffee Bar as well as the Breakfast Bar are served family-style. All lunch orders come individually boxed picnic style with napkins, utensils and condiments on the side. We do not offer lunch items family style at this time.

Hard Cider Bar TicketsAn excellent addition to any group outing offering both hard cider and non-alcoholic options by the glass. The hard cider bar located on the main lawn is open to the public on Fridays 4-7 pm, Saturdays 11 am - 4 pm and Sundays 12 pm - 4 pm. We can also open the bar for you with a minimum of 20 people. All participants must show ID for hard cider (21+). Our liquor license solely permits our own staff to pour our own alcohol on farm property. No outside alcohol permitted. Drink tickets are available for pick up in the Farm Store the day of your event.

Pick-Your-Own - Container Pick Up Time*

Select a time that your group would like to begin pick-your-own. Some groups like to eat and then head out for pick-your-own or some prefer to have a bite after picking fruit. All items will be ready for the time window you select. All must exit orchards and fields by 5:30 pm. Your order of picking containers and wristbands will be available for pick up in the Farm Store. You may add picking containers when you check in.
