Valentine’s Day merch is encouraged but not required! Napa outlets has been great to us so far and this will be our last event here for a while.

I understand that this application does not guarantee my Booth/vendor spot for either date requested.I agree to abide by any county ordinances that may require masks indoor for this event. At the time of this application, masks are not required for indoor events, but in case of any ordinance changes, I will abide by rules set by the city/county in Napa and by Bayspired Events.I understand that the booth fee is non-refundable and non-transferable to any future events. In the event of a proven accident, riot, strike, epidemic, an act of God or any other legitimate condition or occurrence beyond their respective control, the event will be rescheduled for a date to be determined. If the event is canceled by Bayspired this contract is null and void and vendors will receive a full refund. I understand vendors may have access to event space one to two hours before event starts to set up and are allowed an hour to break down and back up after event ends. Bayspired will provide a layout with information on vendors booth space and arrival time a week before the event. I understand that Bayspired and any partnering location/companies are not liable or responsible for any accidents or incidents that occur while vendors, volunteers or patrons are on the premises. In addition, Bayspired assumes no liability or responsibility for any effects small business vendor products may have on patrons. Each vendor holds responsibility and liability for their own products and product effects. Participation at this event is voluntary and vendors reserve all rights to their products and services as well as payment received for these products and services.Small business vendors are entitled to use the name, likenesses, and other promotional materials provided for the event. As a registered vendor we would like you to promote the event for all your followers to attend.
