This activity is for HERO to index your product feed.

To do this you will need to provide us with:
✅ A Production Product Feed in CSV or XML
✅ An automated drop of that product feed to your unique SFTP location. Details are provided in the Welcome email.

HERO looks to ingest feeds daily, please provide:
✅ A specific time you'd like this undertaken. (by default this will be scheduled for the beginning of your working day.)

PLEASE NOTE: When testing on staging/test you should look to select a product that features within the Production product feed provided

Klarna Virtual Shopping must review each implementation to ensure that it meets the minimum launch criteria.

Before we can perform this test, there are a few things we need you to do:

✅ Confirm you have completed your implementation.

✅ Push Staging to Production using the Production APP ID.

✅ Provide us with the Production URL.

✅ Details for canceling test Purchase.

PLEASE NOTE: Deploying to production will not display HERO on your site as it is blacklisted.

Once you have submitted your request for a Pre-Launch Verification Test, we will look to conduct the test within 4 working days (GMT/BST) and respond via email.

We will look to action your request as soon as possible, however the time to action my vary depending on your request:

Technical Support - Within 1 Business day GMT/BST

Product feed Indexing - Within 4 Business Days GMT/BST

Pre-Launch Verification Test - Within 4 Business days GMT/BST
