I Understand That
1. All decisions regarding medical and special care plans will be made by CMC2 Rescue & Transport.
2. All CMC2 Rescue & Transport approved care will be paid for by CMC2 Rescue & Transport
3.CMC2 Rescue & Transport foster animals should be separated from your personal pets during a decompression period.
4. All medical and behavioral traits are not always known when an animal goes into foster care.
5. All CMC2 animals are spayed/neutered receive basic vaccinations. Dogs over 6 months are heartworm tested.
6. Anyone interested in adopting an animal you are fostering, including yourself, must go through the standard adoption process.
I understand that if, for any reason, I can no longer care for or keep a foster animal, I must inform CMC2 Rescue & Transport and the representative in Canada and allow time for the dog to be returned or placed with another approved foster. I agree to get the proper paperwork in Canada if the dog is to be returned to Texas.
I do understand that CMC2 Rescue & Transport and it's staff members, and volunteers in Texas reserve the right to deny my application for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to, false or untrue application information. I have answered all the above questions truthfully and completely. I understand that although CMC2 Rescue & Transport takes reasonable care to screen animals for foster care placement, it makes no guarantee relating to the animals health, behavior, and/or actions. I understand that I receive foster care animals at my own risk and can reject or return any animal for which CMC2 has asked me to provide care. I argee to indemnify and hold harmless CMC2 Rescue & Transport from all liability arising out of any and all claims, demands, losses, damages, actions, and judgements of every kind and description which may occur to, or be suffered by me, member of my household, or any third parties by reason of activities arising out of this agreement.
