  • If you would like to participate in the upcoming Frankston Waterfront Festival - Market 2022, please fill out the expressions of interest form below.

    Please note that by completing this form, it does not confirm your participation in the market, it is only an expression of interest.

    Flat fee of $100 per market site, per day

     Please note all stallholders must have their own public liability insurance and provide their own 3m x 3m marquee

  • Terms & Conditions 

    1. Stallholders are responsible for providing their own equipment
    2. The standard site size is 3m x 3m
    3. Pegging is not permitted on site. All marquees, inflatables and temporary infrastructure must be adequately weighted as per the engineer certificate of compliance specific to your structure.

    4. Power is not avaliable, If power is required, stallholders MUST supply their own generators (Must be quiet generators)
    5. All cables and power leads that are used are required to be tagged and tested.  A Safety Officer will be on-site during bump-in to check.  Equipment not tested and tagged will not be permitted to be used.Please note all loose leads must be covered with a cable guard to avoid risk of tripping and electrocution.
    6.You cannot park behind your stall/ van/ marquee and must park outside of the event site, unless arrangements have been made with event staff prior to the event.
    7. All stallholders must supply the event manager with a copy of their public liability insurance certificate once approved
    8. Payment for market site is required prior to the event 
    9. In the event that the market is cancelled by the event organiser, stallholder payments will be refunded.
    10. Stallholders allocated sites may change from market to market
