Regardless of any past submissions or previous awards from 12Petals, applicants can apply every year.
Successful applications align with or challenge the 12Petals’s mission to create a healthier ecosystem that empowers and uplifts others through music and education.
If you have a side project, completed applications must include a project title and categorization, a project narrative, a timeline for implementation, a proposed budget, and value and impact metrics that describe the vision and breadth of the initiative.
Successful applications clearly and convincingly describe
(personal and/or Project statements):
WHAT are you doing this for;
WHO is involved in the project and WHO it serves;
WHY this undertaking is needed, important, innovative, and timely, and thus
WHY you should receive the scholarship;
WHEN, WHERE, and HOW will these skills and experiences attained from the 1:1 mentorship programimpact you or the community moving forward
