Salon Policies

- Please arrive on time
- Wash hair 1-2 days prior to appointment
- No kids/guests allowed

Refund Policy

No refunds on any hair services, hair extensions, or deposits. If any issues, please notify within 7 days of service. After 7 days full prices will be charged.

Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION FEE

-$100 (Full coloring services and extension services)

-$50 (All other services)

-Please cancel/reschedule 2 days in advance or last minute cancellation fee will be charged.

-Cancellation fee must be paid before rebooking.

-More than 15 minutes late, appointment will be rescheduled and cancellation fee will be charged.

-NO CALL/NO SHOW will be a charged 50% of booked service, forfeit deposit, will not be able to book future appointments.
