Criteria for participation in The Duke of Edinburgh Award Scheme with BBNI

• The young person must be a member of The Northern Ireland Boys’ Brigade (BBNI), in accordance with the BBNI age requirements and must be included in the annual membership return for the BBNI company.
• Participation places can only be allocated to boys who are members of The Northern Ireland Boys’ Brigade (BBNI) or girls who are members of the two Girls' Associations within BBNI.
• If a young person is added to eDofE that does not meet the criteria for participation, the account will be removed and the participation place will be lost. 
• The centre cannot offer participation in DofE to any young person is not a member of BBNI.

Your personal data will be used for administrative purposes so The Northern Ireland Boys’ Brigade (BBNI) can manage your booking/request effectively and will not be disclosed to any third party without your prior written consent.  Your information will be retained on a password protected computer system and reviewed regularly according to our retention policy.
