  • Port City Keg Order Form

    Place your keg order here. Pre-orders are not required but will speed up the pick-up process. Information below will be used to complete the VA ABC keg registration form. We will take payment when kegs are picked up. Each keg will require a $30 deposit for the keg shell. All keg sales are final.

  • Keg Deposit & Equipment Return Policy

    To ensure the availability of kegs and dispensing equipment for all customers, the following policy will take effect on January 1, 2026. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

    Keg Deposits

    • A $50 deposit is required for all keg or sixtel beer purchases.
    • Deposits will no longer carry over from one keg shell to another.
    • To ensure prompt refund processing, keg or sixtel shells should be returned within 90 days of the purchase date.
    • If the return occurs after 90 days, a Port City Brewing Co. representative from Toast will contact you via phone on behalf of Port City Brewing Co. to initiate the refund process. Please note that refunds processed in this manner may take up to 10 business days to complete.

    Pump Taps & Keg Buckets

    • All keg dispensing equipment rentals require the following deposits and must be returned within 14 days of the rental date.
      • Pump Tap - $65
      • Keg Bucket - $40
    • Returns after 14 days will result in forfeiture of deposits.
