Thank you for your interest in the Idaho Lives Project’s Sources of Strength Elementary™ program for grades 3rd through 6th. The program is modeled after the original Sources of Strength™ for middle, junior, and high schools. We have helped over 160 secondary schools implement Sources of Strength™ since 2014. So far, 22 elementary schools have implemented this program and we are excited bring more schools on board in spring 2022!
These classroom-based lessons are designed for 3rd through 5th grades, although they can be used in 6th grade elementary classrooms. The program is presented in 12 engaging, strength-based units. You can learn more by visiting https://sourcesofstrength.org/elementary/.
The Idaho Lives Project will be selecting up to 20 Idaho public elementary schools to implement the program during the 2021/2022 spring semester. Those schools awarded will select 2 to 3 coaches to attend a virtual, two-day training on February 22 and 23.
