This process takes about 3-5 business days. Your request will be forwarded to Arise the next business day after today.
When your Arise account gets reactivated, you will receive an email from Okta with a link to reactivate account. You will need to log back into the portal first through THAT email link. If you try to log in without that email it will not work & you will get an invalid username/password error.
Please be patient. We can only move as quickly as Arise allows.
