    These steps are intended to help you start the process of getting your MSA cancelled in Arise if your are a Sole Prop so that you can register on Arise under the STAR Team brand to continue to receive STAR Team Agency support and resources.

  • This process will involve you going between this form and the Arise Portal. 

     

    As you follow the process on this page more instructions will open up to you to continue.

  • 1. Login to your Arise portal and navigate to Documents on the left

    2. Click the + next to the MSA (Master Service Agreement) tab

    3. Enter today's date and in the explanation put 'technical issues'

    4. Select Submit

  • Fill out the below information to be prompted for your next steps:

  • Go to your Arise portal and navigate to your Profile on the top right.

    In your profile you will find your CSP ID.

    Enter your CSP ID below

  • This process takes about 3-5 business days. Your request will be forwarded to Arise the next business day after today. 

    When your Arise account gets reactivated, you will receive an email from Okta with a link to reactivate account. You will need to log back into the portal first through THAT email link. If you try to log in without that email it will not work & you will get an invalid username/password error.

    Please be patient. We can only move as quickly as Arise allows.
