About the Program
Do you have a business idea but don't know where to start? Are you interested in entrepreneurship? Is there a challenge you think you could solve? Do you want to be your own boss? If yes to any of these question, Collide might be for you. Collide is a seven-week introduction to entrepreneurship program. It is open to all Atlantic university and college students, with an emphasis on undergraduates. Sessions take place Tuesdays from 5-7pm (sessions will be virtual while the Dalhousie Campus is closed, but will resume in person when campus opens). The program runs from February 8-March 29. There will also be 1-2 hours of take-home work between sessions. Participants who attend all sessions will receive a stipend of either $100 or $150, depending on their program stream, plus the potential for prize money. Topics covered will include team formation and dynamics, customer discovery, financial forecasting, digital marketing, and more. For questions, please email Rachel Morgan at email@example.com. If you are interested in joining the Mentorship Stream, you are required to attend a 1-1.5 hour session every two weeks with your mentors. Times to be determined based on mentor availability. Select all options you are available for.
