You may pay for your booth in two installment payments, one due at the time you sign up and the second payment due 30 days later. All payments must be made by April 1, 2022. If you fail to make a payment, you will lose your booth space, and we will not issue refunds of partial payments.

I understand that this application does not guarantee approval. I will be notified by the Covington Chamber within 2 business days if my application has been approved. The Covington Chamber has my permission to send an invoice to the email address above, and I agree to pay the invoice within 2 business days to reserve my booth. If I change my mind after paying my registration fee, I will not receive a refund unless there are extenuating circumstances and my request is approved by the Covington Chamber. If the event is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the Covington Chamber's control, all money will be refunded.
