Here are some things to consider when building a successful schedule!

• Did you use the forecast provided?
• Did you consider any adjustments that needed to be made for
  • Weather (Incliment weather - rain or snow = more business!!)
  • Sporting Events
  • Local Events
  • Large Orders
• Did you take a look at last year's trends?
• Are all your essential shifts covered?
• Did you schedule around peak times?

 

Supervisors will submit any feedback on Friday, for the following week's schedule. Any necessary adjustments should be made no later than Friday EOD.

Critical shifts means -

• Is there a manager scheduled during all store operating hours?
• Is there a driver scheduled during all store operating hours?

Please include all pages - including manager, insider, & driver schedule, as well as the sales projections.
