Daily Boarding and Cancelation Policy
*Daily boarding fee is based on a 24 hour period from the original time on reservation request. There is a two hour grace period, before a daycare fee is charged. 50% due upon reservation, 50% due upon pet drop off. * Free cancelation up to 7 days prior to reservation, 50% refund if canceled 24 hours before reservation, NO refund within 24 hours of reservation. ****Please be on time for your appointment, if you are unable to arrive on time, please contact to reschedule your appointment. ****All food should come in a resealable container or bag.
