  • I Already Have an Arise Account Under A Different IBO/Service Partner

    These steps are intended to help you start the process of getting the existing IBO/Service Partner removed from your Arise account. If your existing IBO releases you from their contract you will be able to register on the Arise platform under STAR Team Agency to continue to receive STAR Team Agency support and resources.

  • This process will involve you going between this form and the Arise Portal. 

     As you follow the process on this page more instructions will open up to you to continue.

  • 1. Login to your Arise portal and navigate to My Profile on the top right.

    2. Click on Profile

    3. Click on Information

     Under IB Contact Information it will show the IBO you are currently registered under in Arise.

     4. Write down the  IBO's e-mail address, owner's name, and IBO Company Name.

  • Fill out the below information to be prompted for your next steps:

  • Go to your Arise portal and navigate to your Profile on the top right.

    In your profile you will find your CSP ID.

    Enter your CSP ID below

  • A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you with further instructions after you hit Submit.

    We allow the IBO 3 business days to respond to your request to be removed from their IBO so that you can get registered under STAR Team Agency in Arise.

    Please do not reach out to STAR Support until you have heard back from the IBO or 3 business days have passed.
