  • Photo Submission Guidelines

    To ensure I can properly evaluate your hair for your consultation, I need clear, unfiltered, and unedited photos taken specifically for this purpose. Please follow these instructions carefully:

        1.    Take FIVE NEW photos in natural lighting (no bathroom, artificial, or dim lighting):

        •    Front view

        •    Back view

        •    Left side

        •    Right side

        •    Top view showing your part line

        2.    Your hair must be fully visible and loose (not tied up, covered, or obstructed).

        3.    Do not take selfies or include other people in the photos. Ask someone to take the photos for you, or use a timer/stand.

        4.    Photos where the hair is unclear, cropped out, or poorly lit will not be accepted.

     
    Important: If your photos don’t meet these guidelines, I may not be able to proceed with your consultation.

    • This is a general inquiry form meant to help determine if Jenisa and I are a good fit, and which services I'm in need of.
    • That if a more in depth, in-person consultation is necessary, Jenisa will reach out to schedule that prior to any appointments being booked.
    • That this does not mean that I have an appointment booked.
    • That if I have any concerns regarding my budget, I will bring it directly to Jenisa's attention prior to our appointment.
    • That Jenisa may require a non-refundable, non-transferable  booking fee at the time of scheduling, and that is solely at her discretion.
    • Jenisa will reach out via text within a weeks time, Tuesday-Friday.
    • That Jenisa will be following CDC guidelines regarding Covid-19 protection, and I will adhere to any masking/sanitation policies for the duration of my time inside of the salon.
  • Jenisa's cancellation policy

    I require any appointment changes or cancellations to be made no less than 48 hours before your appointment. To ensure that you will not be subject to a rebooking fee, please be sure that you contact me directly to make any changes, cancellations, or rescheduling requests. The rebooking fee will be 30% of what was originally scheduled, and will be non-refundable. This fee will be required to be paid prior to another appointment being approved on my books, and does not apply as credit to your future appointment.

     

    Appointment confirmations will be sent out 3 days ahead of your appointment. Please follow the instructions in order to confirm your appointment. Please note that these will be sent via GlossGenius' automated system, NOT from me directly. If you respond to the automated text, I will not receive your message.
