If at any time your adopted pet is not a good fit for you or your family, please do not abandon them or rehome them on your own. Doing so undoes the care, time, and love invested in them and contributes to the stray animal crisis we are working so hard to prevent. Grayson’s Rescue will always accept our adopted animals back or will work with you to help find them a safe and appropriate new home. We are so grateful for your interest in one of our fosters and are excited for you to take the next step toward welcoming a new fur-ever family member into your home!

I certify that the information provided in this application is true and accurate to the best of my knowledge. I understand that providing false information may result in denial or cancellation of the adoption. I authorize my veterinarian to release veterinary records for my current and past pets to Grayson’s Rescue for the purpose of reviewing this application. I authorize Grayson’s Rescue to contact me by phone, email, or in person using the information provided in this application. I understand that an adoption fee is required. Adoption fees help offset the costs of veterinary care, food, and supplies for the animals in our care. Grayson’s Rescue is a volunteer-based organization, and all adoption fees and donations go directly toward the well-being and placement of rescued animals. By proceeding, I acknowledge that I have read and agree to the terms outlined in the Grayson’s Rescue adoption contract and understand that failure to comply with those terms may result in the return of the animal to Grayson’s Rescue.
