Thank you for taking time to complete this form and a big thanks for pulling together your crew and joining together in your transport arrangements. This not only reduces Kendal Calling's carbon foot-print, but will also help elviate the traffic into and out of the festival site for the ease of travel for all; festival goers and local residents alike.

The completion and submission of this registration form is required for vehicles of 8-seats and above that are, or intend to be, dropping-off and picking-up attendees to Kendal Calling.

·       There is NO FEE associated with registration.
·       The completion of this form is required to enable the smooth, efficient, and safe operation of the transport area to comply with the Cumbria Police Constabulary and the district / regional council licenses and the Traffic Management Plan agreed to by all parties for Kendal Calling. This will include YOU as the submitee.
·       Please complete this form as accurately as possible to ensure your privately hired vehicle can drop-off and pick-up at Kendal Calling in the dedicated Pick-Up and Drop-off (PUDO) area.
·       One Registration Form is required per vehicle.
·       ALL private hire vehicles, irrespective of passengers' destination campsite (if applicable), are required to drop-off and pick-up passengers at the GREEN / LOWTHER GATE PUDO only.

By submitting this form, you, the stated Organiser of the noted Private Hire Vehicle dropping-off and picking-up (PUDO) from Kendal Calling, agree to and will abide by:
- All individuals travelling in the noted Private Hire Vehicle will hold a valid Kendal Calling ticket or have made arrangements to collect such from the Box Office upon arrival.
- All individuals must have a ticket corresponding to the individual's correct age at the start of the festival and must comply by the admission to the festival's terms and conditions which are stated on the Kendal Calling website.
- ALL Private Hire Vehicles are to drop-off and pick-up at the designated PUDO site located adjacent to the GREEN GATE only.
- All private hire vehcile drivers, the organiser and members of their party are to follow all of the noted event traffic signage and follow all traffic management instructions for the safety of all.
- The Organiser will reiterate to the driver of their Private Hire Vehicle that NO driver takes their manatory breaks or rest periods while the vehcile is located in the Kendal Calling Pick-up and Drop-off area.
- The group travelling in the stated Private Hire Vehicle will be at the Kendal Calling Pick-up and Drop-off area on the noted departure day 15 minutes prior to the noted departure time of your vehicle.
- All passengers are to remain in the waiting area (located in the area opposite the pedestrian site exit / entrance from the woods) until called for by Festival Staff when their vehcies has arrived and is ready to load.
- Kendal Calling reserves the right to expel any Private Hire Vehicle from the Pick-up and Drop-off area once the noted departure time has passed.
- Kendal Calling reserves the right to turn away any Private Hire Vehicle not clearly showing valid vehicle accreditation (to be subsequently issued via email by Kendal Calling to the Organsier and / or Private Vehicle Hire company) in the windscreen upon its arrival to the Kendal Calling PUDO area at the GREEN GATE.
