Air Cargo/Personal shopping policy

Our delivery timeline is 10-15 working days. Our goal is to get your package to you sooner and in the shortest timeframe possible , however some delays such as Airline delay or Customs clearance are beyond our control. In such situations, we will keep the communication line open so that everyone is on the same page.

Personal shopping service attracts 15% of order total value as service charge

Minimum weight accepted for shipment is 10kg

All items for shipment must be packed in transparent bags or Ziploc

We use UPS/FEDEX to ship your doorstep order within USA with $100 insurance coverage, if your packagae value is above $100 and require additional insurance, yoi can request it at additional cost.

Payment can be made in Naira or Dollar

There will be 7.5% VAT on all shipments

We DO NOT accept or ship any item identified as contraband by the United States Customs or FDA.

We encourage that Personal shopping request and payment are completed at least one week before drop off date in order to ensure we source the best products for you). We may not be able to provide personal shopping if the time frame is too short.

Full Payment of invoice is required for personal shopping services and processing of packages for shipping.
