Moray Active Every Day Sign-Up

Throughout April the Active Schools team are taking part in Sport Scotlands Active Every Day! The team have pledged to a sporting activity or exercise which they will complete over each day of the month! We want as many of you to join in with this challenge as possible!

 

By signing up to this challenge we hope that you will see positive signs on not just your physical health but also your mental health! This challenge can be completed as an individual, family or as part of a group!

Personal Details

Throughout the challenge we will be highlighting some individuals efforts via our social media platforms. If you are happy to be contacted from one of our coordinators to take part in this please indicate below. All we would be looking for is a statement on any benefits you are feeling throughout the challenge and a photo of your progress.

Further Infrormation

The Moray Council would like permission to take photographs of and/or film/video your children. These images may be published in our printed publications, website and social media (including the Sport in Moray and Active Schools Moray Facebook page).

Moray Council Active Schools will use the infrormation on this registration form in relation to the above activity noted. We will also use the information to update you on any further initiatives/programmes we organise.
