Instashade Pre-Installation Questionnaire

Thank you for ordering from Instashade parasols!We now need to understand a bit more about your install, to make sure our team has all the information they need.
What do I need?

• Your smartphone camera

• Access to the location of the desired install

What will I need to know?

• The location you wish to have the parasol installed

• The type of ground the parasol will be installed onto

• If any services are in the vicinity

• Parking availability and access for unloading

Our install team need a few things on the day:
- Access to water
- Access to power
- Parking for vehicle
Is parking and access available at the property as close to installation area as possible?

If no please list details. We will need to be able to load/unload as close to the installation area as possible. If off site parking is required please give details that would accept a high top Sprinter Van.
Is a parking permit required or do we need to be booked in to site?

If YES please ensure all details are supplied to your sales representitive in good time. If we cannot access site due to lack of permits a second visit will be chargeable.
Is the install to be carried out on the ground floor or terrace?

Please take a picture of the location/locations where you wish to have the parasol fitted. Take into account the surrounding area, all parasols have an arc when opening, so need space around them to open

If you selected 'YES' please explain. For an in-ground install we need to dig to around 600mm as a minimum. If you know exact locations we can ensure we avoid the area.
Instashade are an experienced team, and once we drill through we will always hand dig, so the risk of us damaging services is extremely low. However If we have not been told of any services, we cannot be held responsible should we come across anything underground.

Things to Consider

When all parasols open, they have an arc. The parasol will need clearance around to ensure it can be put up smoothly.
