• 2022 Summer at KEY Change Request Form

  • This Change Request Form must be completed by the person that originally registered for the camps that are subject to change. Please use one form per camper. 

    Before June 1, 2022:

    • A $10 change fee will be applied to each submitted Change Request Form.
    • A deposit from one camp can be transferred to a new camp that is being added but cannot be transferred to an existing camp registration.
    • If you are dropping a camp and not adding a new one, the deposit is non-refundable and the change fee will not apply. If you have paid more than the deposit, that additional payment amount will be refunded to the original form of payment.

    After June 1, 2022:

    • A $25 change fee will be applied to each submitted Change Request Form.
    • Payments can be transferred to a new camp that is being added but cannot be transferred to an existing camp registration.
    • If switching to a camp within two weeks of the start date and the new camp has a lower price, no refund will be given for the difference.
    • Changes made between certain camps within two weeks of the camp start date may incur an additional $100 fee. The camp office wil contact you before making changes or processing this additional fee if this applies to your request.
    • If you are dropping a camp and not adding a new one, refunds will not be issued.
