At Barks and Bubbles Stockport, it is my intention to offer a stress-free experience for you and your dog. To do this, I would ask that you kindly read and sign the following attached terms and conditions.

An email confirmation with the completed form will be sent to both you and myself upon completion. I won’t require this upon every booking, however please note that it is your responsibility to advise me of any changes to address, contact or vet details.

The safety of your pets are my priority.

I authorise for my dog to be walked in a group environment and off leadI am happy for treats to be fed to my dog and understand it is my responsibility to notify of any allergiesIn the event of an emergency, I authorise Hannah Bolton at Barks and Bubbles Stockport to agree any urgent medical treatment that may be required should I not be contactable. I also agree to reimburse any expenses that may be incurred as a result of any medical emergencyI understand a meet and greet group walk and trial sleepover is required ahead of any boarding booking to ensure suitabilityEvery effort will be made to ensure that no mishaps occur whilst in my care, however dogs can be unpredictable.I understand that Barks and Bubbles Stockport can not be held accountable for such situationsIn the event of an Insurance claim being made at Barks and Bubbles Stockport attributable to my dog, I agree to refund the excess required by the policyI understand that Home Boarding isn't for every dog. Should my dog become unwell, unsettled or extremely distressed I authorise Hannah @ Barks & Bubbles Stockport to contact my emergency contact to arrange immediate collection

• You as the dog owner, will advise me of any medical, physical, emotional issues, allergies, sensitivities, or pre-existing conditions and any treatment they are receiving prior to any booking

• In the event that I discover any conditions or problems, I will notify you when you collect your dog, or in urgent cases I will contact you when discovered. Barks and Bubbles Stockport cannot be held responsible for any conditions or problems discovered during their stay

• It is your responsibility as a dog owner, to make sure that your dog is free from any parasites before entering the premises. If, however your dog is carrying fleas or other parasites then an appropriate tick or flea prevention will be advised. I also understand that in the event of my pet having fleas or any other parasites there is an additional charge to cover products uses and in extreme cases closure and fumigation of the premises.

Day care & Walking

In the event of needing to cancel or change the appointment at least 48 hours notice is required or full payment is due.

Boarding

A 20% deposit is required ahead of any boarding booking, there is an additional charge on Bank holidays.

Deposits

All deposits are non refundable.

Damages

As this is a home from home boarding service, should any damages be incurred during the stay these will be assessed and recharged accordingly.
