Use this form to enter pieces to be sold on consignment by Screaming Fruit Punch Boutique. Due to space and resources, we are limiting consignments to 3 pieces, 6 total items, per consignor unless otherwise discussed. Each item that you submit must be labeled with an identifying name and retail price and you must provide a corresponding image. For all consignments, the artist receives 60% of the retail price and Screaming Fruit Punch receives 40%. Price your work accordingly.
