While Penn Foster recognizes the importance a change of name might have to students during their time with our institution, documents and records that may display a name may include, among other things, course rosters, student identification cards, learner portals, and other documents used by Penn Foster. A Documented (Legal) Name Change/Correction will be reflected on among other things, a student’s official academic record, enrollment agreement, completion documents or transcript.
