Party Request Form
Parties are held in the party room of the Overlook Activity Center. The room is yours at the start of the session and must be vacated 15 minutes prior to the end of the session.

Fridays 7:30-10:30pm (November-May)

Saturdays 1:00-4:00pm & 7:30-10:30pm (October-May)

Sundays 1:00-4:00pm (November-May)

2025/2026 Season Rates

Renting the party room is $21 per person and a deposit of $210 must be paid prior to hold your date/time. The deposit covers 10 guests. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the event forfeit the deposit. Additional guests may be added up to 48 hours in advance of the event. Skates are available to rent, at an additional cost.

$21 per person includes admission, and our full list of rates are below:

Fridays - 7:30 PM until 10:30 PM - $8 admission/per person

Saturdays - 1 PM until 4 PM - $7 admission/per person

Saturdays - 7:30 PM until 10:30 PM - $8 admission/per person

Sundays - 1 PM until 4 PM - $7 admission/per person

Quad Skate rental - $4 / Roller Blade rental - $4

We currently offer one party per skate session. A maximum of 24 people per skate party.

Number of guests are due the Wednesday prior to the skate party.

No helium balloons, confetti, or hanging decorations. No outside food or drink allowed, with the exception of a birthday cake.
