BNI 10/10 Guarantee Opt In Form

Use this form to opt-in to participate in the BNI 10/10 Success Guarantee Program for new and renewing members of the BNI Founding region. Participants in the program must be accepted for membership with a 1-year membership term and make payment between January 1st, 2025 and December 31st, 2025 and agree to meet the program terms and conditions as outlined below.

In order to qualify for the guarantee and receive your second year of membership paid by the BNI Founding Region, you agree to do ALL of the following (check each box to indicate acknowledgement of the requirement):

Offer Terms and Conditions To Qualify, Members must be accepted and complete payment for the Membership between January 1st, 2025 and December 31st, 2025, submit the opt-in form using link provided to them in the region welcome email, complete the Member Success Program (MSP) within 30 days of their acceptance, and fully participate in using BNI by maintaining "green" activity in each of the five BNI activity metrics reported on the monthly Power of One report by averaging personal attendance at weekly meetings of 95% or higher; completion of one (1) CEU (chapter education unit aka one hour of BNI networking (1) education) each week; conducting a minimum of one (1) one to one meeting with Members in the Chapter per week; passing a minimum of one qualified referral to Members in their Chapter per week on average; and bringing a minimum of one (1) qualified Visitor to their Chapter permonth. Member must enter all activity into BNI Connect each week including reporting TYFCB (Thank you for Closed Business) credit for referralsthatresultin closed business as BNI Connect will be the system of record. Member must complete their BNI Connect member profile, including member photoand Thisoffer is non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash, void where prohibited or restricted by law, and has no cash value.
