*Mini sessions are priced at $250, allow 20-30 minutes of shoot time, one backdrop color, 1-2 outfits and 10-15 digital files. Additional shoot time, backdrop colors/locations, digital files or professional hair and makeup can be added by request for a fee.

Session Retainer/Fees. Each Client shall pay a non-refundable session fee in the amount of $250 for The Photographer to perform the services specified herein. Upon payment, The Photographer will contact the Client to confirm session date and time. Client agrees that this retainer is earned by the Photographer when paid, and is remitted in consideration of the experience and skill of the photographer and in consideration of the inability of the photographer to schedule other clients during this time.

Cancellation. If Client requests to cancel this agreement, or fails to show at the the agreed upon portrait session date, the session retainer shall be forfeited.

Rescheduling/ Late Arrivals.  In the event that the Client requests to reschedule a portrait session, the retainer shall be applied to a rescheduled event if notice is given at least 5 days prior to the scheduled event.  Reschedule date must be within 30 days of the original session date.

Any Client that is late arriving to the session will have the amount of time late deducted from the time allotted for the session.  Clients shall not be compensated for the time deducted from the session due to late arrival of the Client. 

Completion Schedule/File Delivery. In most cases, digital files will be delivered within 2 weeks. Files will be provided on a mobile phone app and can be deivered in high resolution format via Dropbox by request.

Copyright Policy. The Client understands that all images taken at a session are the intellectual property of The Photographer and are protected by Federal Copyright Law. The Photographer shall own the copyright for all images created.

It is understood that any duplication or alteration of original images is strictly prohibited (Copyright Law Title 17, Appendix V. Additional Provisions of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act 2005, Section 102).

Violations of this policy include, but are not limited to, application of filters, cropped images, scanned images and images printed from screen shots/media devices. Clients MAY NOT post altered or filtered images or take photos of photographic prints and post them as digital images.

Liability. The Photographer shall be held harmless for any and all injury to client/client parties during the course of the photography session. The Client is responsible for themselves and/or their minor children and shall not bring any action or proceeding or maintain a complaint against the Photographer in any court of law, state or local, or before any administrative body, related in any way whatsoever, to any personal injury liability.

The Client authorizes The Photographer to use the images from the photographic session(s) in any media for any reasonable purpose. These may include, among others, advertising, promotion, marketing, packaging, image contests, magazine submissions & digital or print materials. The Client understands that they have no rights to the images, and all the rights to the images belong to the photographer.

The Client acknowledges that they will not be compensated, either now or at any time in the future, for any use of marketing, and that the Photographer exclusively owns all rights of such photos. 

The Client acknowledges and agrees that the Photographer shall have the exclusive, perpetual, and irrevocable right to take, use, re-use, publish, and republish photographic materials which contain the Client’s image.
