  • About the role

  • The selection process for OPFOR begins with this application, please complete this to start the journey to being a qualified OPFOR member.

    The first objective you have is to attend and pass our selection process. This will test you both physicaly and mentally but more importantly show us who you are. This is a job interview but in a unique way!

    On successful Selection Introduction, you will be invited back for either an Event or a training weekend.

    Only those that pass both phases can be eligible to be offered a contract.

    To be an employee of OPFOR you must show:

    MOTIVATION
    You need to be motivated to perform. The roles will vary and some of the jobs will test you. Show us you are motivated to continue!
     
    CONTROL
    We expect our staff to display complete control at all times. When engaged in role-play it is critical the right character and persona is maintained throughout the training.
     
    DEDICATION
    Some of our work can run over multiple days in challenging environments. We need staff that can dedicate time to our requirements but also can remain in role for long periods even when operating in unfavorable conditions.
     
    TEAMWORK
    Working in small teams for long periods, you will need to show patience and understanding under sometimes stressful conditions.
