    • Isolate yourself
    • Do not expose others

    If the results of your test are POSITIVE:

    • Isolate for 5 days from the date of symptom onset.
    • Day 0 is the day symptoms started or the day of your test if you had no symptoms.
    • May return to work on Day 6 if BOTH of the following:
      • Fever free for 24 hours without medication.
      • Symptoms are improving.
    • Continue to wear a mask around others for an additional 5 days
      (through day 10 from symptom onset or test)

    • Recommend getting a COVID-19 test immediately!
    • Isolate yourself, do not expose others


    If the results of your test are NEGATIVE:

    • May return to work if BOTH of the following:
      • Fever free for 24 hours without medication.
      • Symptoms are improving.
      • You MUST:
        • Wear a mask.
        • Self-monitor through Day 10 of symptom onset.

    If the results of your test are POSITIVE:

    • Isolate for 5 days from the date of symptom onset.
    • Day 0 is the day symptoms started or the day of your test if you had no symptoms
    • May return to work on Day 6 if BOTH of the following:
      • Fever free for 24 hours without medication.
      • Symptoms are improving.
    • Continue to wear a mask around others for an additional 5 days
      (through day 10 from symptom onset)

    • Watch for symptoms, if symptoms develop test immediately
    • Recommend getting a COVID-19 test on day 6 from the date of exposure
    • Date of exposure is considered day 0
    • May remain at work regardless of vaccination status
    • Wear a mask for 10 full days after last exposure

    If the results of your test are NEGATIVE:

    • You may continue to work; continue to practice social distancing and masking for 10 days from last date of exposure. 

    If the results of your test are POSITIVE:

    • Isolate for 5 days from the date of the test.
      • Test date is considered day 0.
    • May return to work on Day 6 if both of the following:
      • Fever free for 24 hours without medication.
      • Symptoms are improving.
    • Continue to wear a mask around others for an additional 5 days
      (through day 10 of symptom onset or test)
