Recommend getting a COVID-19 test immediately!

Isolate yourself, do not expose others
If the results of your test are NEGATIVE:

May return to work if BOTH of the following:

Fever free for 24 hours without medication.

Symptoms are improving.

You MUST:

Wear a mask.

Self-monitor through Day 10 of symptom onset.
If the results of your test are POSITIVE:

Isolate for 5 days from the date of symptom onset.

Day 0 is the day symptoms started or the day of your test if you had no symptoms

May return to work on Day 6 if BOTH of the following:
-
Fever free for 24 hours without medication.
-
Symptoms are improving.
-
Continue to wear a mask around others for an additional 5 days
(through day 10 from symptom onset)
