In this interactive workshop, you’ll explore how thoughts and feelings work together and learn to see emotions as powerful indicators of your inner state. Through simple, practical techniques such as visualization, reframing thoughts, and meditation, you’ll discover how to shift from stress and overwhelm into clarity, balance, and empowerment.

Taught by guest teacher Nayibe (Gigi) Torres from ENCOMPASS.

Born in Bogotá, Colombia, I earned my degree in Dentistry from Universidad El Bosque in 1992 and developed an early interest in complementary and Eastern healing therapies. After moving to the United States in 1999, my own experiences with anxiety and depression inspired me to explore holistic approaches to healing and personal transformation. Through Reiki, meditation, Cognitive Coaching, Crystal Therapy, and Akashic Records work, I discovered powerful tools for emotional healing, energetic balance, and inner growth. In 2022, I founded EnCompass, a holistic practice dedicated to supporting personal transformation through integrative healing modalities tailored to each individual. My greatest passion is teaching and empowering others to develop greater self-awareness, resilience, and confidence as they navigate their own healing journey.

Latham Park, Monday, July 13 at 6 pm

Come enjoy nature with a Sound Bath at Latham Park designed to help you restore your energy. Join The Expansion Center as they take you on a guided journey using simple breathwork, singing bowls, gongs, tuning forks and chimes to help you relax and rebalance your vibrational energy.

Sound Baths create an immersive sound experience that fills your soul and calms your mind, allowing you to let go of stress, anxiety, or other worries and concerns. People report feeling deeply relaxed after sound baths.

Bring a yoga mat, blankets, pillows and anything you need to help you relax. Wear comfortable clothing.

3+ days before the event: Refund minus the 5% processing fees, or full credit towards future workshop or in-store merchandise credit.

1-2 days before the event: 75% refund, or 100% in-store credit.

Day of event: 50% in-store credit. You must contact us 5 hours before the event for credit.

5 Hours before event: No credit/refund as we do not have sufficient time to fill the slot. Thank you for understanding.
