As a Pillars Concierge, you will function as the Ambassador of the club and are a key contributor of our exceptional service. You are the first and last interaction the members have as they arrive and leave.
The concierge will build relationships with members and assist with any needs. You will be responsible for seating all members and checking in their guests, managing the self-serve stations, cutting, and lighting cigars, serving refreshments, and anticipating member’s needs. We provide our members with exceptional service and most memorable experiences, we look for team members demonstrate unsurpassed guest service, an elevated level of integrity and ethical standards, and personal and professional dedication to our mission, vision, and values. You must have a genuine passion for guest service, top-notch organizational skills, and the ability to self-lead.
