  • Position Overview
     The Pillars Club, Northeast Florida’s only exclusive, members-only cigar lounge, seeks a polished, service-focused Concierge / Hostess to provide an exceptional welcome and experience for our distinguished members, guests, and visiting dignitaries. This is a highly visible role that blends world-class hospitality, discreet service, and impeccable attention to detail in a refined, relaxing environment.
    Our ideal candidate is a poised, people-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, social atmosphere, can anticipate needs before they are spoken, and creates an atmosphere of ease and luxury for all who enter our doors.

     Key Responsibilities
    Warmly greet members and guests upon arrival, making every welcome personal and memorable.
    Anticipate and respond to members’ needs with grace, efficiency, and discretion.
    Serve beverages, cut and light cigars, maintain ashtrays, and wash glasses.
    Keep service areas impeccably clean and organized at all times.
    Maintain humidor lockers and distribute personalized member jackets.
    Assist guests with visitor forms and ensure accurate records.
    Conduct shift-end inventory and ensure all supplies are stocked.
    Be a visible ambassador for The Pillars Club—knowledgeable about membership benefits, amenities, and upcoming events.
    Support a relaxing, elevated atmosphere aligned with The Pillars Club’s standards of excellence.
     

    Desired Qualifications

    Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
    Ability to multitask and pivot without distress in a dynamic environment.
    Comfortable standing and moving for most of the shift.
    Knowledge of cigars and cigar culture preferred, but not required (training provided).
    Attention to detail, professionalism, and a commitment to delivering luxury-level service.
