• Immediate payment of a non-refundable and non-transferable booking fee is required before any date will be held and deemed secured.
• This deposit value will be deducted from the final balance.
• The remaining balance (final minus deposit) is due 3 weeks before the date of the event. 
• Failure to pay the remaining balance within 3 weeks of due date, without communication providing a guarantee of payment date, will result in your booking being cancelled.

• Any new booking that is to occur in less than 3 weeks requires full payment before being held and deemed secured.
• If your event is cancelled once the full balance has been paid, refunds will be made on a sliding scale as below (these figures / percentages do not include the non-refundable booking fee or apply to any item that has been customised  or specifically sourced for your event):
  • 14 days notice - 100%
  • 7 - 13 days - 50%
  • Less than 7 days - 0%
• We reserve the right to charge a delivery fee agreeable at the time of booking if either the order does not meet a minimum value or the venue's distance is outside of the inclusive delivery zone. Unless explicitly stated, it is assumed that there is reasonable access to both the venue as a whole and the room / area where hired products are required. Please ensure you inform Create A Look where this may not be the case before the event date so any access issues can resolved, or a further delivery fee may be applicable.
• All equipment / items remain the property of Create A Look at all times.
• Once the delivering of hired items and / or set-up at the venue has been completed, you, the hirer, are liable and accept full responsibility for the security, condition and safe use of equipment until collection or return to Create A Look. Decor cannot be moved to a different location without the pre-agreement of Create A Look, and when decor is moved you are liable for any damage.
• All items are hired for indoor use only and may only be used outdoors with the explicit agreement of Create A Look.
• The use of own flower petals (real or synthetic) is prohibited without the explicit agreement of Create A Look.
• Any loss or damage to equipment or any item of which Create A Look has provided, including accidental, will be charged at the full replacement value with payment required within 5 working days.
• Create A Look does not accept any responsibility for any loss or injury caused by company equipment / items.
• Payment of the deposit and your name and / or signature on the booking form is seemed as you having read, understood and fully accepted  these terms and conditions.

 

Once the booking form is completed, an invoice will follow with payment details
