Sorry, we have now closed stall bookings as we are full. There are sometimes a few stalls available on Fair Day in the field and these are on a "turn-up-and-ask" basis.

Shepperton Village Fair 2020 cancellation

The Shepperton Village Fair organisers have been closely following progress and policy with respect to the spread of Covid-19 in the UK.

Unfortunately, it has become clear that science-led forecasting suggests the peak will occur around the time of the Fair. As a result, we have taken the decision to cancel the Fair in 2020.

While this has become a necessary decision, we know how much the Fair is relied upon by many for fun, finance and the great community spirit which it helps maintain.

Thank you to all our registered stallholders and sponsors to date for all your tremendous support. We are writing to all of you shortly to explain your options.

We look forward to returning on Sat 12 June 2021. Until then, keep safe.

There is still time to book a LATE STALL at this year's Fair.

A Late Stall booking differs in these ways:

Food stalls cannot be booked.
We will allocate the position of your stall on the day
On the Field , you can only book a full size plot or a half plot
In the Marquee , you cannot book electricity

What you need to know about applying for a stall.

We offer two types of stall

FIELD Stalls are located on the open field at Manor Park. You are reserving a marked plot and you will have to provide everything you need. Two sizes are available:

FULL size: 12ft wide x 15ft deep (3.6 x 4.5m)
HALF size: 6ft wide x 15ft deep (1.8 x 4.5m)
The "wide" side will face the public. Also, be aware that a standard gazebo (2m) will be too wide for the half size plot.

Pricing is according to type of organisation and falls into three categories:

Commercial Food Stalls and Fairground-type Amusement stalls . If you are a food stall, you will need to provide three documents: an official "Food Hygiene" Certificate issued by the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health, or similar, in the name of a person who will be on the stall; a Food Premises registration letter (from your local authority); a Food Hygiene Rating (the "Scores on the Doors").
Business, Products or Services
Charity, School or Youth Group Charity stallholders will need to provide their charity number. Those collecting for a charity, will be required to provide a "Letter of Permission" from their chosen charity.

MARQUEE Stalls (formerly Craft Stalls) are located in the large marquee erected on the day. We will provide a 6ft wide x 2.5ft deep table and two chairs. In addition, you can order an electricity feed to your stall. Two tables can be booked at a reduced cost.

Charity stallholders will need to provide their charity number. Those collecting for a charity will be required to provide a "Letter of Permission" from their chosen charity.

Special Requirements or Preferred Plot Location

These cannot be changed on the day, so make sure with your organiser. We endeavour to accommodate all requests but actual plot location is at the Committee's discretion

If you have a FIELD stall, will you be bringing a generator or using your vehicle's engine for power?

If you have a FIELD stall, will you park you car within the stall plot area or use our free on-site car park?

Rule F4: For safety reasons, all cars must be removed from the field by 11.00. Car parking facilities for stallholders are available at the Russell Road end of the field from 11.00 to 17.00. AS THERE IS NO SAFE ACCESS, VEHICLES CANNOT BE REMOVED FROM THIS CAR PARK UNTIL THE FAIR CLOSES AT 17.00. Note that it is the stallholders’ responsibility to ensure that all their helpers are aware of this rule.

Food Stallholders must provide the following:
1 A valid “Food Hygiene” Certificate issued by the Chartered Institute of Environment Health in the name of an individual present on the stall;
2 A food premises registration letter issued by your local authority;
3 Evidence of a food hygiene rating (the “scores on the doors”).

No alcohol is permitted on the Fair site *

Stallholders must not arrive before 08.30 on the day *
