BEFORE BODY CONTOURING:
-Please be hydrated before your appointment. The more hydrated you are the better the results! Try to drink at least 8 cups of water per day
-Please try not to eat within 1-2 hours before your service (If you are receiving lipo)
-Try to maintain a low calorie, low fat, and low sugar diet 24 hours before treatment (If you are receiving lipo)
-Try to avoid alcohol and carbs 72 hours before your appointment (If you are receiving lipo)
-Avoid applying lotion to the area being treated the day of
- If you are getting lipo cavitation done please take out any body jewelry (if healed) and avoid tanning 24 hours before your appointment
AFTER BODY CONTOURING:
- Do not eat for 1-3 hours after your service (If you have received lipo) Try a shake or smoothie
-In order to make results permanent and get better results you must do at least 30 minutes of cardio or workout area in which laser lipo/cavitation was done. Workout 2-4 hours after receiving laser lipo and 4-6 hours after receiving lipo cavitation. If received workout within 3-6 hours.
-In order to get the best results from butt vacuum/ cellulite therapy, please do a minimum of a 30-minute workout 2-4 hours after your appointment focusing on glutes.
-Drink LOTS of water
- Avoid alcohol and carbs for 72 hours (after receiving lipo)
-Try to maintain a low calorie, low fat, and low sugar diet for 72 hours after treatment (after receiving lipo)
-Wearing a compression garment for the days following the lipo treatment is recommended

-The lipo results are permanent but try to keep a moderate exercise and a balanced diet or the fat cells can store again,
-Butt Vacuum Therapy gives you quicker results than working out but must maintain by keeping a moderately working out or by getting regular sessions.
-If you want better results book more sessions. The more appointments you book and the closer you book your appointments together the better the results (Recommended about twice a week)
