Give the name of your pastor or head elder and three other persons not related to you, whom you have known for at least a year. These four people will receive an email invitation with a link to a referral form to fill out and submit. Ensure that you are using a valid email address for each referral.

Inform your referrals that they should be receiving an email invitation to fill out a reference form for you, and maintain contact with your referrals to ensure that they complete the form in a timely manner. If they cannot find their invitation in their email inbox, remind them that their invitation may be in the junk/spam folder.
