  • 1818 Course Offering

  • Please identify which courses you are seeking to teach in the 1818 Program.

To review SLU courses offered via the 1818 Program, please visit the Course Listing webpage on the 1818 Program website.

Please indicate below the course(s) you wish to offer and the term(s) in which they will typically be offered.

  •
  • *SLU courses taught across both high school semesters should be noted as yearlong course offerings. Students will register and pay in the fall semester for the total credit hours of the course, however the final grade is not posted until the spring semester concludes.

  • Syllabus Submission

  • Once your academic credentials have been determined to meet our criteria, you will be contacted by a SLU Faculty Liaison in your discipline.

The faculty liaison will guide you through the developent of a draft syllabus for each course you wish to teach.  Your syllabus will use as a starting point the SLU 1818 Syllabus Template, which can be found here.  The template provides important information regarding student rights in taking a course for college credit via the SLU 1818 Program.

When the faculty liaison approves your syllabus, a final determination regarding your eligibility to teach in the 1818 Program will be made.

  • Application Submission

  • By clicking "Submit" below, I am attesting that this form and its contents are both complete and accurate. Only faculty from approved 1818 partner high schools are eligible to apply; application and approval does not guarantee that your course will be offered in the next academic semester.
