Hi! Thanks for visiting my booking page :o)

If you're interested in booking a tattoo appointment, please fill out the form below. I'll get back to you via email as soon as I can to confirm a date and time for the appointment. I'll then ask for a $80 deposit - this will go towards the final price of the tattoo, but is not refundable.

A session averages 2-6 hours. My tattoo style is intricate and relies heavily on shading, and therefore does take more time than a linework tattoo to ensure a good result.

If you change your mind about what you'd like to get/where you want it placed after submitting the form, that's completely fine! Just give me a heads up.

Cash is preferred as payment on the day.

INDIVIDUAL & STATE OF MIND:

I will not be under the influence of drugs or alcohol at the time of my appointment.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY:

I acknowledge that infection is possible with any tattoo, but that I release the artist from responsibility from any complications resulting from not following proper aftercare and/or lifestyle and behavioural choices following my appointment.
I understand that the tattoo can be affected by the following: medications, skincare routines, sun exposure and proper adherence to aftercare and failure to follow post-care instructions will affect the final result of the tattoo.
I acknowledge it is my personal responsibility to ensure any tattoo design containing words, letters, or numbers are to be reviewed before tattooing.

HEALTH & SAFETY:

I understand that the highest standards of health & safety are met, that sterile single-use needles and pigment containers are used for each individual client, procedure and visit.
If concerned about allergies, I have consulted my doctor and am unaware of any allergies to any pigments/ink, metals, or any products used in the process of tattooing. If any such allergies are known, I have stated each in full detail in the form.
If any medical conditions are known, I have stated each in full detail in the form.

Cancellation Policy

Exceptions will be made on a case-to-case basis, for example if you're visiting from out of town and need to cancel your trip, or if any other unforeseen circumstances arise. In general, communicate with me as soon as you know you're unable to make your appointment and we'll figure it out!

Deposits are non-refundable. 
No-shows will be blacklisted.
