    YOU CAN CHOOSE BETWEEN 2 TO 3 COLORS ( WE RECOMMEND SELECTING 3 COLORS TO AVOID DISCREPANCY IN THE COLOR SHADE BETWEEN PLACEMAT, PLATE, AND NAPKIN PLUS IT IS SUPER COLORFUL AND KIDS LOVE IT) 

  • We do not permit wall or ceiling decorations, streamers, silly string, confetti, banners, glitters, sprays, or piñatas. Nothing can be attached to furniture, doors, or door frames. No decorations are permitted on the walls of the party room, café, or play area as this causes damage.

    WHILE WE OFFER AIR FILLED BALLOON UPGRADE, YOU ARE MORE THAN WELCOME TO BRING YOUR OWN ADD-ONS LIKE THEMED PLATES, NAPKINS, TABLECLOTH(s). YOU CAN ALSO BRING BOUQUET(s) OF BALLOONS ATTACHED TO THE WEIGHT. THERE IS NO FEE FOR THAT. ANY ADDITIONAL SET UP LIKE BACKDROPS, BALLOON GARLANDS, BALLOON ARCHES ETC. REQUIRE ADDITIONAL TIME FOR SET UP AND TAKE DOWN - PLEASE SEE OPTIONS BELOW.

    THIS WILL ALLOW ADDITIONAL TIME BEFORE THE PARTY STARTS TIME FOR SET UP (15 MINUTES)  AND ADDITIONAL TIME AFTER THE PARTY TIME FOR TAKING DOWN (15 MINUTES). WITH THIS OPTION YOU CAN USE THE TIME TO ADD ANY ADDITIONAL SETUP LIKE BACKDROPS, BALLOON GARLANDS, BALLOON ARCHES ETC.  ***BALLOON POPPING IS NOT ALLOWED*** ALL ITEMS USED MUST BE PLACED IN YOUR VEHICLE BY THE END OF YOUR SCHEDULED TIME. NO PARTY DECOR IS ALLOWED IN THE CAFE AREA BEFORE, DURING, OR AFTER YOUR EVENT TIME. 

    For custom setups requiring more time, we recommend party extensions, subject to availability. Give us a call/email us to discuss options. Any damage or time extension is subject to additional fees.

  • UPGRADE 3: COST $100 SET UP ALLOWANCE PLUS DISPOSAL. 

    THIS WILL ALLOW ADDITIONAL TIME BEFORE THE PARTY STARTS TIME FOR SET UP (15 MINUTES) AND YOU DO NOT HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT IT AFTER THE PARTY. JUST LEAVE IT BEHIND AND WE WILL CLEAN IT ALL UP AND DISPOSE OF ALL DECOR FOR YOU.
