BrewON Application

In the following fields, please provide information for each beer or cider that qualifies for BrewON certification, including the company name of the Ontario Hop Growers’ Association (OHGA) member from which you purchased hops. 

After you submit your application, we will contact the named OHGA member-grower to confirm the sale was made.

After your application is reviewed and approved, a representative of the Ontario Hop Growers’ Association will be in contact to provide BrewON logo files and logo-use documents.

Please provide a copy of the logo for brewery or beer for use in the BrewON promotional materials.

Information provided on this form will be used for verification of weight and qualification for use of the BrewON logo only. As the information may be considered proprietary in nature, detailed information such as varieties and weights of hops used will not be shared or posted. Information will not be shared with OHGA members or outside individuals, agencies, organizations or companies.

By clicking submit, you confirm you are an authorized representative of the above named company, and that you give a representative of the Ontario Hop Growers' Association permission to contact you or a representative from your company to confirm information provided on the application.

You also give permission for a representative of the Ontario Hop Growers' Association permission to contact the named OHGA partners to confirm information about sales as they pertain to the applicable products.
