Eastern Propane Student-Athlete Scholarship Application

Thank you for your interest in the Student-Athlete Scholarship presented by Eastern Propane & Oil.

Before proceeding, please ensure you meet the following criteria:

Currently a senior, graduating no later than June 2025, from an NHIAA member high school
Have participated in at least one (1) sport sponsored by the NHIAA.
Plan to attend a two or four year academic institution or tuition-based job training program following your high school graduation. (Enrollment to occur no later than October 1, 2025.)
DEADLINE EXTENDED: Submissions must be received by 11:59 PM on April 11, 2025.

All applications will be reviewed and one recipient of a $1,000 scholarship will be chosen based on the following criteria:

Leadership in Community Service Project(s)
Academic Persistence
Athletic Leadership and Commitment
