• Class Permission Request

    Use this form to request permission to add a class that is closed, in which you do not meet the requisites or need consent, or if it is past the last day to enroll online.

  • If a department has placed a waitlist on a class—and the waitlist is still actively enrolling students into open seats—permission will NOT be granted for that course. The only option to get into these closed classes is to add yourself to the waitlist and be enrolled if and when a seat opens up.

  • Instructions for Finding the Offering College

    Create My Schedule

    You can find the Offering College when viewing a potential schedule. The Offering College will be listed to the right of seats open and to the left of the listed days and times.

    When viewing a potential schedule, the Offering College will show between the Seats Open and Days & Locations.

    Catalyst

    When looking at the search results in the class search, the Offering College will be listed to the right of the room and left of the instructor.

    The Offering College is found between the Room and Instructor information on the Schedule of Classes.

    If you have clicked on the section number hyperlink to view the Class Detail page, you will need to look for the Offer Number (shown as Offer Nbr) that is associated with the college. The Offer Nbr can be found on the right-hand side of the screen between the Course ID and the Career.

    Check the table below to determine the offering college based on the Offer Number.
