Independent Contractor Agreement/Covenant not to Compete
I understand that I will be doing work assignments for GoldPrize Delivry in the position of an Independent Contractor and not as an employee. I understand that my work responsibilities and assignments will be varied and at different times. I understand that I will be using my own vehicle, which has mandated vehicular insurance coverage, to conduct my delivery responsibilities and I will be responsible for any accidents or incidents that may occur during my work assignment. I will indemnify and hold harmless the company (GoldPrize Delivry) and any customers of GoldPrize Delivry, from and against all liability, by reason of accident, injuries, or negligence of any kind, that may result while making deliveries for or on behalf of GoldPrize Delivry. I understand I am not covered under Workers Compensation, nor do I have employer paid health benefits. I understand that it is my responsibility to claim my earnings on my own personal income tax. I also agree that, I will not, even upon termination, ever share any trade secrets that I have learned while working for GoldPrize Delivry nor duplicate their business model. I testify that I am at least 21 years old and have a valid Driver's License and current automobile insurance.
