If the issue arises after the first 30 days of purchase then exchanges are subject to a minor shipping & handling fee. Please fill out the form below and submit your pictures and payment to cover shipping and handling for the exchange.
Once we have received your claim form, shipping & handling fee, and photos, the claim will be processed by our customer service department. A new item/set in the same color and size will be sent out to you within 3 - 7 business days. If the color is out of stock we will contact you via email with the color options we have available in stock.
Upon submitting this form, you will receive an email confirmation. Please note that your warranty claim will not be processed until the pictures of the defect has been uploaded and a valid Order or Receipt Number is inputted. A full refund will be processed immediately for claims that are rejected for any reason.
