I understand I need to eat before my appointment. Bring snacks or drinks if needed. Wear comfortable clothing that allows us to access the area being tattooed. Must have my ID. Minors will need an ID and a legal guardian with a matching ID.*

I understand that the shop rate is $200 per hour. I also understand that there will be a non-refundable $100 retainer required for tattoos. (The retainer goes toward the total price of the tattoo)*

In the event that you need to reschedule, you must contact your artist DIRECTLY at least 48 hours in advance. We will transfer your retainer with your appointment up to two times before it is forfeited. Retainers are non-refundable and non-transferable. Please be aware that most of our artists are booking out months in advance. If you reschedule, your new appointment may occur then or even later depending on availability.*
