    Spring Commencement 2026

    The selection process consists of a written application, followed by an interview with students and college administration.  If chosen for an interview, you will be asked to present a preliminary version of your 3-5 minute speech for consideration on February 20 between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM.

    It is our intent that by opening the selection process to interested seniors throughout the College of Social Science, we will find the best qualified individual for this opportunity.  In our decision, we shall focus on the following:

     

    ·         Goals and Aspirations

    ·         Positive Undergraduate Experiences

    ·         Motivation and Enthusiasm

    ·         Academic Achievement (minimum GPA of 3.0)

    ·         Extracurricular Involvement/Volunteer Work/Work Experience
